OUR DESTINATION SERVICE INCLUDES:
Transportation from Arica, Chile to La Paz or another city (service offered only if required).

Customs documentation, delivery and unpacking at an accessible location in La Paz (or another city) until a second floor, material pick-up and container return to port.

OUR DESTINY SERVICE EXCLUDES:
Customs taxes, storage, delays and THC (Terminal handling charges).

TAXES AND NACIONALIZATION:

The documentation process usually takes 5 working days.

The foreigner client must present his / her working contract, passport with permanent, temporal (OBJETO DETERMINADO) VISA stamped on the passport in order to have special treatment for their House Hold Goods.

Diplomatics enjoy exemption of duties if they are accredited at counselor office (Ministry of External Relationships).

Bolivian citizens who return to the country after 2 years or more, based on their passport, are taxed exempted over household or personal used belongings. If these belongings are new, taxes must be paid 30% over the CIF value.

All extra charges must be paid by the client.

IMPORTANT:
A new law indicates that the entrance of refrigerators, freezers, and Air Conditioners, must have an official environment certificate which, guarantees the safety of the ozone layer.

The inspection and the IBNORCA certification cost is (extra USD 35.00 aprox.).

VEHICLES:
Must count with a commercial invoice and the vehicle must not be more than 3 years older from date of make. If older, the entrance will not be allowed. If the customer is a diplomatic, he/she will be tax exempted.

PETS:
All pets are allowed if they count with a veterinarian certificate indicating the good health of the pet.

B/L or AWB original, showing freights in USD.
Packing list in Spanish.

Complete packing at location is prepared by skilled packers using the best material for each item. paper, card wood, plastic, different size of boxes, tapes, craft, soft paper, etc.

Simple transport or combined Air, Sea or Surface (depending of the case).

And our controlling system is monitored by numbering, marks and lists.

We take care of the handling, container CARGO (LV, Airvan, etc.) and customs documentation process.
